Meet the TrainerMeet the Trainer - The YMCA offers Meet the Trainer once per month in the fitness center. Robert Berkley, a physical therapist with his own practice and Oswego YMCA member, meets by half hour appointment with members to discuss sports injuries and fitness program issues.
