Oswego City Youth Center (ages 11-18) / "NEW" West Side Youth Center (East Side)THE OSWEGO CITY YOUTH CENTER (East side) The Youth Center, for ages 11-18 or grades 5-12, is located at Fort Ontario and provides teenagers with many recreational activities throughout the year. It houses a basketball court and two game rooms to offer teens the following programs: basketball, foosball, pool and video games. Several "Battle of the Bands" are offered throughout the school year to give area teen talent the spotlight in which to show off their musical ability. The Oswego City Youth Center is funded by the New York State Division for Youth, the City of Oswego and the Oswego City Youth Bureau.
