CODE OF CONDUCT

The Oswego YMCA expects all staff, members and guests to behave in accordance with our mission and purpose as an organization.  We stress the importance of our 4 core character values:  Respect, Responsibility, Caring and Honesty.

We expect everyone to speak in respectful tones and refrain from using vulgar or derogatory language.  We stress respecting others and limiting all intimidation or rude behavior.  The respect of all property, persoanl or otherwise, is strongly enforced.  We encourage conflict resolution in a peaceful and caring manner.  Physical contact is absolutely prohibited.

We strive to create a safe and caring community that is welcoming to all individuals.  Non compliance with any of the above stated rules may result in suspensions or termination of some or all YMCA privileges.
